I am an experienced HR leader with a background in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from Istanbul University, currently pursuing my master’s in the same field.
Throughout my career, I have successfully led transformative projects, including mergers and separations, compensation and grading systems, and executive leadership development. My expertise also extends to driving global organizational effectiveness at Reckitt Benckiser’s headquarters in London.
A passionate advocate for career development, I hold an ACC accreditation and lead coaching initiatives to empower professionals.
